Visited the convenience store for the second time for photos, and it's always a positive experience. The owner is nice, kind, and patient—especially when helping me with passport photos. Great service and welcoming atmosphere!

Convenience store with very nice owner. He did my girlfriend's citizenship photo and he provided dark clothes to wear, took great photos, and explained the process very well. Great price too!

Owner and store has been here for a long time. First time needinI called - phone call was answered quickly. I confirmed regarding purolator drop off and print(if seller sent QR code). I arrived with two boxes- one return label had three seperate tracking numbers (the owner- explained and seemed frustrated by this multiple tracking- stating it didnt make sense on the sellers end) specifically rogers return. I was confused my self as i asked to put all three tracking labels on the same box- the gentelmen refused ( A VERY GOOD THING). He promptly processed the second box ASAP and told me to contact the seller regarding the multiple tracking numbers. I want to specifically address the previous negative review regarding their frustration and not trusting what the owner was saying. I left annoyed but am THANKFUL. I called rogers to confirm not accepting the agents answer to send and not use all three labels. Once agent confirmed with an their supervisor- it was indeed the correct process for the owner to not accept my one box using three different tracking numbers. Based on my experience, if Rogers did not receive some equipment for each tracking number - my account may not have been fully cancelled OR i would have to pay for the equipment. Thankful.

I came to know about this establishment from my building's Whatsapp group. Decided to give a quick call to ask if they will print digital pictures for me. Thomas answered and was very helpful and polite. He assured me that I can send my digital pictures to be printed. I was delighted because I wanted to save my senior parents the trip. Thomas gave me his email address and I sent the photos when I visited earlier this afternoon. He then saved the images and printed them. He was generous and waved the tax from the payment. Highly recommended
